3. Data collected

3.1 Data required for the service (legal basis: contract performance — GDPR Art. 6.1.b)

This data is collected automatically when using the game. No specific consent is required as it is essential for the service to function:

Player account: email address, hashed password (bcrypt)
Progress: scores, stars, level reached, gems
In-app purchases: purchase type, date (payment data is handled exclusively by Google Play and is never transmitted to our servers)

3.2 Analytics data (legal basis: consent — GDPR Art. 6.1.a)

This data is only collected with the player’s explicit consent:

Behavioral data: funnels, retention, cohorts, user journey
The player may refuse with no impact on game functionality
Consent can be withdrawn at any time in the application settings

4. Data not collected

The application does not collect: location, contacts, camera or microphone access, nor device identifiers (except for the Google advertising identifier via AdMob, see section 5).

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The application displays ads via Google AdMob. Google collects an advertising identifier to personalize ads. The player can reset this identifier or disable ad personalization in Android settings.

6. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15-20)

Right of access: obtain a copy of all your data (via the app: Settings > Export my data, or by email)
Right of rectification: modify your profile information
Right to erasure: delete your account and all associated data (via the app: Settings > Delete my account, or by email)
Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format (JSON)
Right to object: withdraw analytics consent at any time

7. Data retention

Account data is retained as long as the account is active. Upon deletion request, all data is permanently erased within a maximum of 30 days.
